SCHOOL FREE THOUGHT GROUPS IN THE KANSAS CITY AREA
Some of the most active free thought groups in the area around Kansas City are in the various high schools, colleges and universities. We have tried to list all of the ones in the Kansas City area; but, if you operate a school-centered group dedicated free thought issues in the area surrounding Kansas City or know of one that is not listed and you would like it added, or, if you are the organizer of one of the listed groups and you would like the description of your group changed, please send an email request to Greg with all pertinent information. Descriptions should not be longer than three or four lines.
If you are a student at an area school and would like to start a group, you can obtain help, if you want it. If there is a free thought group in your area, they may be willing to help; or check out the Secular Student Alliance (http://www.secularstudents.org), a national group dedicated to advancing free thought in high schools, colleges and universites.
